Flourless Pancakes

Hiya guys, Paige here. So as you may have noticed I have completely emptied my blog and instagram and have decided to start again so that I am happier with my blog and should hopefully blog more. So today I am going to be sharing with you how to make flourless pancakes. This makes about two pancakes depending on the size of the pan and how thick you make them. So let’s begin.

Ingredients:

-3 tbs of porridge oats
-1 egg
-1/4 cup of milk
-1 tsp of cinnamon
-As much sugar as you want
-Any toppings

Start by putting 3 tbs of oats into a blender and blend them so that it looks like flour. Then add in 1 egg, 1/4 cup of milk, a tsp of cinnamon and a bit of sugar and then blend all of that together. Once it is all blended together to look like pancake mix pour about half into a frying pan that has oil in the bottom so that it won’t stick. Then leave that to cook like any normal pancake and then cook the other side. Once it is done add any toppings that you want, I added honey, banana, raisins and sliced almonds.
